1.1 If the Buyer is a consumer, i.e. if he has bought the goods for private purposes from the Seller, he is no longer bound by his declaration of intent to conclude the contract if he has revoked it within the period stipulated.<\/p>\n
1.2 This revocation does not require a reason. It is to be declared in text form (letter, fax, e-mail) or, if the goods have been delivered to him before the deadline, by returning the goods.<\/p>\n
1.3 The time limit is 14 days. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the time limit.<\/p>\n

1.5 The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill the buyer’s obligations to inform in accordance with \u00a7 312 c, paragraph 2 BGB in conjunction with \u00a7 1 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 BGB Info V as well as the obligations under \u00a7 312 e paragraph 1, p. 1 BGB of the seller in conjunction with \u00a7 3 BGB Info V. The period begins on the first day after the end of the day on which the last requirement was fulfilled.<\/p>\n
1.6 In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered. If the buyer cannot return the received performance in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, he shall be obliged to compensate the seller for lost value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as it would have been possible in a store. In addition, the buyer can avoid this obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as if they were his property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value. The buyer has to bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
